We cross train our crews to help us in various positions so you will not work in just one of these positions, you will likely work in two or more positions. We ask our employees and applicants to be willing to be flexible.
Sweeper Driver

Our sweeper drivers operate our sweeper trucks. Each night you work, you will have a route consisting of parking lots and parking garages in the Dallas and Fort Worth area that you must sweep. You will need prior experience or will need to start as a sweeper helper until we can train you to be a driver.
The crew is required to report to the yard in Rowlett at 7:00 p.m., the crews then go out in company vehicles to service various properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The shifts usually end between 4:00 and 5:00 am.

Each truck is outfitted with two blowers, a broom and shovel. Both the driver and helper are expected to get out of the truck at each locations and blow down entryways, side walks, corners and areas where the truck cannot reach and blow the dirt and debris out to areas accessible by the truck. This is the most important part of the job.
Employees are expected to work nights, weekends, and overtime. We typically do not limit overtime for employees who want the extra money. We are looking for employees who want to work at a job on a long-term basis.
Job requirements are:
A minimum of two years experience driving a sweeper truck
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be willing to work more than 40 hours/week (we pay overtime)
Must be in good physical condition, as this is physically demanding work and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be willing and able to work in dusty environments and walk long distances (when sweeping properties)
We are looking for energetic people with good attitudes, who are looking for long-term careers with us. This is not a good job for those looking for a gig, short-term work, part time work or easy work.

Sweeper Helper
The sweeper helper position is similar to the Sweeper Driver position above except, you are expected to assist the driver by using a backpack blower to blow down the property the entire time the truck is on the property. You are also required to assist the driver with any other clean up using the broom or shovel and change out trash bags on properties where porter services are required. We will train you to eventually become a driver.
Job requirements are:
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be willing to work more than 40 hours/week (we pay overtime)
