It activates immediately upon contact with the pavement and remains effective even at very low temperatures. Liquid application is particularly effective for large parking lots and multi-level parking garages, where uniform coverage is essential.

Granular ice melt is our primary product for reactive application during and after a winter weather event. We stock calcium chloride and magnesium chloride pellets — both of which remain effective at the sub-freezing temperatures common during DFW ice storms.
